Riva Finance Capital Group owns the Warsaw Development Planning Office (WDPO) and DPOP (Development Planning Office of Poland). For several decades WDPO has established public procurement relationships with most Polish cities and municipalities. WDPO has made more than 3000 projects in the field of spatial planning. It has also carried out planning projects for other countries:

  • reconstruction and development plans for earthquake-damaged cities and regions: Skopje in Yugoslavia and Chimbote in Peru,
  • urban plans in Libya, Algeria, Ghana, Iraq, Nigeria and Syria.
Throughout the decades of its business activity on the market, Riva Finance Capital Group has acquired direct relations with most of the major real estate development companies in Poland, which are the final customers for real estate.

In the future, the Riva Finance Capital Group intends to strengthen its leading position in the development of local development plans, as well as spreading its international activities. Its plans for the near future involve expansion in the property management market, projects in the field of ecology, particularly renewable energy generation, healthcare projects and charity work by the Foundation supporting children and adolescents around the world.
